1. Services

First Aid Plumbing provides professional drain cleaning, hydro jetting, plumbing, and related services in Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered upon inspection. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and check. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue with a service we performed, contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the problem is related to our original work.

5. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area. We reserve the right to discontinue work if conditions are deemed unsafe. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by conditions outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once dispatched.
